MD 150 is mold release agent formulated with aliphatic and natural esters and other performance increase additives to release the concrete from molds in easy way.

Preparation of Substrate
The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust, dirt, rust and grease. Molds should be clean.
Application Method
MD 150 is a ready to use material. It is applied on the molds by dipping, spraying, roller or brush. It should be applied as a thin layer.
20-30 m2area is greased with 1 kg product depends on mold’s surface and type.

Store in dry area between +5°C and +35°C. Protect from heat, freezing and direct sunlight.
Clean tools and equipment with industrial type solvents immediately after use. Dried material can only be removed mechanically.
- It may be harmful with skin contact.
- Do not apply in freezing conditions or during precipitation.
- Protect applied materials from rain, freezing, foot traffic and continuous high humidity until completely dry.
- Do not use when air and surface temperatures are below +0°C and above +35°C
